Hi my name is Judi, I am a Birth Doula and a Postnatal Doula

My role as a Doula is to provide support from the Antenatal visits, during labour and following on into the Postnatal visits.  It is your choice, your journey and I will be there to help you every step of the way.  There are various birthing options available which we can approach with informed practical advice. I will listen and help you and your partner to explore your feelings,  thoughts and concerns.  I will be  there  to  hopefully make your experience an enjoyable, satisfying and empowering one. I provide Doula services in Hampshire & West Sussex.

My  postnatal Doula service is available with or without the birth Doula package.
